Thrush or Oral Lichenoid Drug Eruption?

So my throat and mouth have been feeling weird, throat very dry and I haven't felt right.

So I look in my mouth, since it felt way weird today and I have white patches all over my tongue, sides of my mouth, roof of my mouth and throat.

I figure it is either thrush or an oral lichenoid drug eruption. I found this link about it:

Has anyone else had this type of thing happen on Plaquenil? I am taking 400 mg per day and I was finally feeling as though I was getting some more energy after 2 months on it. I hate to have to stop it but I also hate to have a creepy mouth!!! My throat has felt so damn dry... I have had just about enough of all this... *sigh*

No, this is a new one for me. I've been on and off Plaquenil for almost 20 yrs and have never heard of this; but now adays nothing surprises me. Hopefully, your doc can come up with a solution since Plaquenil is helping you.

I am not sure why but I think it may be thrush seems to be improving with meds... seems like everything points to Sjogrens. ???
